Shipping And Customs

Shipping and insurance costs are added at the time we send the package. ALL packages are sent with insurance. 

US SHIPPING ONLY

Instruments: Approximately $12.00 per order
CDs/ music $6.30 per order

Shipping fees in the shopping cart are ESTIMATES, will be added before charging your credit card.

When paying by PayPal,  you must first E-mail us for the actual postage which must be added to the cost of the goods, before making payment.   Please call or email if you have any concerns.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping fees shown is only a ROUGH ESTIMATE.  Depending on where your package is going, its size AND weight, and the cost of insurance, postage varies VERY  widely.  We ship by USPS (US Postal Service),  UPS (United Parcel Service) ,  or DHL.  The latter two can cost about three times the cost of the USPS,  but  sometimes have to be used because of insurance,  reliability, or  dealing with customs  problems. .  We will choose the best possible way.  We will add the actual postage manually to the cost of the goods,  when we ship.

If you wish to use PayPal and ship INTERNATIONALLY, please contact us before placing your order at sweetheartflute@aol.com, and we will give you a shipping quote which will need to be added to your PayPal payment before the order is placed.

Shipping in the US is done Priority Mail, insured. You can estimate the cost by going to the website  http://postcalc.usps.com/  Please contact us if you want your package sent via another carrier, or other USPS option.

Shipping to foreign countries is often through US Priority mail, but due to insurance, we reserve the right to ship using FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Express or Global Express Guarantee. Please contact us at sweetheartflute@aol.com  if you need an estimate.
